Based on the Act of 8 March 1990 on local government and §12 section 1 of the Statute of the Budziszewko Village, I invite you to the Village Meeting of the Budziszewko Village, which will be held on September 14, 2026 (Monday) at 6:00 p.m. at the Adam Mickiewicz Primary School in Budziszewko.
In the absence of a quorum, the meeting will be held on a second date, i.e. on the same day after 15 minutes.
Proposed agenda:
- Opening of the meeting and statement of quorum.
- Election of the Secretary and Chairman of the meeting.
- Adoption of the agenda.
- Distribution of the village fund for 2027
- a) presentation of the project to the Village Council
- b) discussion on the division of the fund
- c) voting
- Expressing an opinion on the draft resolution of the Rogoźno City Council on establishing the maximum number of permits for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Rogoźno Commune.
- Free votes and motions.
